Boris Lukin was born on October 31, 1958, in Sverdlovsk, USSR
Since 1983, he has been engaged in caricature - more than 1000 publications in newspapers and magazines of the USSR and other countries. Member of international competitions, caricature exhibitions (Bulgaria, Israel, Belgium). Many works are in the House of Satire and Humor in Gabrovo, Bulgaria.
He participated in about 200 regional, republican, union, foreign and international exhibitions.
The works were purchased by the Ministries of Culture of the USSR, Ukraine, Kazakhstan. The works were sold at international auctions in Finland, Philips in England. Member of the project of the Museum of Contemporary Russian Art in Jersey City, New York, USA.
