Oleg Kostkevich was born in Lyublino. Since the 1960s, he has participated in all-Ukrainian, all-Union, and foreign exhibitions and symposia. Member of the National Union of Artists. He worked in the field of sculpture. The works are kept in the State Tretyakov Gallery and in private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
