Movchan Vitaliy was born in 1947. Dmitrovka in Chernihiv region. In 1976 - graduated from the Kyiv Art Institute. Since 1982 - Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, Honored Artist of Ukraine. He takes part in national and international exhibitions, as well as in auctions in Norway, Finland, and Canada. Works in the field of easel painting and graphics. Works are in museums of Ukraine, private collections in the USA, France, Japan, and other countries of the world. For the first time, I became a member of the international open-air Maxim in the village of Slavske in 2015.
